Just a note on the cover, put some antiseize on your cover bolts. I had a few rust and were hard to get out, one actually broke off. On the plus side thats one less bolt i have to take out now.

    The kit is installed!!

    1. engine brake is better.
    2. i've got the 5/8 scews in for 26 inch tires and looks like reving lower. mabe the 3/4 inch screws would be better as with the de-cat exhaust sould have more hp
    3. gear goes in smoother

that is from a small ride, i am going for an hour ride in deep ans wet snow so not ideal for a test but got to go riding ...

The dalton manuel say that torque is in the 7200 7600 rpm didint have the chance to look at it but will and will review it when ill come back from the ride

From what Ive read and specs on a WC Sport Limited as not haveing engine breaking. This is a big thing to me so would like it clarified.

The wildcat sport does have engine braking. Matter of fact, a lot of times on steep descents I will tap the gas to keep the clutch engaged and it wil control my speed for me instead of riding the brakes. Now if u let it free wheel and the clutch is not engaged then yes, no engine braking. As long as the clutch is engaged, it has great engine braking. I will use the tap the gas technique quite often in certain scenarios.

Just installed my clutch. Won't get to test till tomorrow or Monday. However the install went well, and I did it without removing the primary or the T60 torx. Will do the write up later. In a few days.

On a side note: something odd append with the sec clutch.

when i got it out there are 2 bushings in the center hole and one of them was out of the hole the one on the spring side on the inner sheave.

i pushed it back in and ill keep an eye on it.

ill talk to my dealer about it ....

You have shims between the sheeves, always put them back in, as well as in the same order. This has to do with alignment.

Do you think that would have been part of the issues you were having with the speedwerx spring?
