Be careful what you wish for. I had the Tatum 2 seater, with the LS1, Mendeola, big tires, king shocks and nothing in Glamis was a challenge. Any hill in Glamis
was Third gear and 40 MPH up and over. It got boring, so I sold it and got a Arctic Cat X Wildcat 1000 and now everything is a challenge, I love it. I also can
do Moab, Paiute Trail in Marysvale Utah, Bell Mountain, Smart ranch road at Big Bear and anywhere else I want to go. I will buy another side by side when
there needs to be a change, probably not a 180 Horsepower Turbo machine, just something with an adequate engine

You want a challenge, lose weight or better yet end world hunger. Just kidding that is what makes the world go around, but just so everyone is clear, I drive my Larry Minor jeep not my arctic cat 98% of the time. The people I go with are the challenge to keep up with not the terrain. Have fun in your toys everyone no matter what they are, Kevin.

I've seen that 'sand jeep' go, and I know the trenches those things make. Creates a challenge for the rest of us trying to avoid the trenches... Ha!Name: ScreenShot06153.jpg

Sorry, but I don't see it. To get rid of a Tatum for a Wildcat X, just don't see it. But that was your choice. If I ever have an extra $250K laying around, I'll buy a Funco, sell the Cat and X3, and never look back.

Curt, that looks like wind and rain blow hole carnage to me. All though I will admit you get 6 to 8 of us moving thru the dunes and a sharp turn is done it dose leave some ruts. More so even this year because the sand was always wet. It is nasty if your back farther then about third in line to get the front end not to push in the tore up sand, have fun in your toys, Kevin.
