    XX Coolant leaks

Anyone else's XX leak coolant everywhere? almost every single hose connection going to and from the rad leaks. The clamps are tight. I think the next thing I'll try is to replace all the hose clamps with some T-bolt style spring clamps.

What is the working pressure of the coolant system? Bad radiator cap?

Could be. I'll test the cap to see. But it leaks just sitting there cold too.

I took mine back to the dealer under warranty due to leaks. The report back from them was several clamps were a little loose and 2 had to be replaced. The parts and repairs were covered.

I just did all mine. What I found is they are not tight, they are stuck. Maybe they put a little sealer on them or something. Once the clamp started moving I was able to get at least a half to a full turn out of each without any effort. When I broke loose the first one I thought I messed it up and then it tightened right up. The biggest pain in the ass is the 2 clamps right under the shifter that are hidden by the driveshaft mount. One of those was weeping a little on mine and it was a nightmare to get a custom bent wrench on it with a mirror. The rest were pretty easy. A 6mm wrench helps a lot on some of them

    The elevator guy!

I had a 2012....cracked engine case stock, then w/ MCX Turbo and STM Clutch broke 2 crankshafts, and blew up 2 rear diffs,

Then got a 2014 X Limited....leaked oil since new, bent crankshaft, and cracked the stator cover....

Got a RZR XPT..hauls ass, rides great, handles terrible, sucks in the whoops

    Now....Speed XX #32

This is the crap I would expect from Polaris, not a Textron...
