When you change the spring, make a film of it. Hollywood may make it a sticky

I don't want to come off as an AZZ so bare with me here. I change helix, springs and weights all the time on snowmobiles so I have all the tools. Is it uncommon for the SxS crowd to mess with clutching? All these adjustments are not hard just need the proper tools.

There is so much power to gain at the tires by adding proper clutching for your type of terrain and use.

What do you call proper clutching and what do you recommend for the XX for trail riding

hey took the xx out for a ride and this spring is awsome, all the xx should come with it in them.i have no lag now,and i don't have to use the brakes going down hills .for the amount it costs every one can get one, also their is nothing hard about putting it in.

I looked on MLS/Awesome Offroad website. All I'm seeing for the XX is the hypershift clutch kit. Not seeing just the spring.

SW99;; well I jacked the cat up took the tire off, it made it easier. pull the clutch cover,it's just clips ,unscrew the boot, then get the tool out of the tool bag under the hood it has protective plastic on it thread it in the hole this opens the sheeves. then take the bolt out. pull the outer part off, pull the belt back out of the way, pull the inner part off (watch for where the spacer is make sure u put it back where it came from) take the inner sheeve turn it over you will ,have to hold down on the center so you can take out the screws.then release the pressure on the cup ,and your loose pull the spring out. make sure you put it back in the slot. the spring has a hook on the end.then put it back in in reverse order,oh when you put the outer sheeve on take the tool out first then put the bolt in and torque it to 65 ft. lbs..then open the sheeve ,you can put the belt on now. take the tool back out and spin the sheeves the belt will tighten up,put the cover on and your done.if you have a problem just pm me i will do my best to help.
