    Speedwerx Stage 2

So who is running the Speedwerx Stage 2 on their XX and what are your thoughts? Does the PCV come ready to install already programed? I have never messed with one.

I have the clutch kit and muffler but not the complete kit yet. I would go with the ECU reflash like the turbo cats use rather than the stand alone PCV box. For the clutch kit I had to got to a STM weight as I was not able to pull the engine down to 9000rpm with the speedwerx weights(Could not load them enough and all on tip). I have the speedwerx secondary spring and helix with a Dalton primary and STM weights. I'm getting it dialed in and its way faster than stock as I track on GPS gauge. The header and flash are next on the upgrade list.

Where are you located in Michigan?

I have the stage 2 kit and the difference was enough that my riding partner had to have it also. Much stronger off the bottom and a longer pull on top. very meaty in the mid range. Too f-ing loud with the L2 I'm trying the new Q6 and hope to have it installed this weekend. Currently I am pulling through the helex too quickly and plan to try the next steeper one that Speedwerx has,

How many RPM are you pulling at WOT and how much weight do you have your weights set at? Funny how you seem to be having clutching issues as well. With just the muffler I was at 9600rpm.

At first drop it will run to 9550 then pull down. I'm running all that they send on my weights that are supplied with the kit. It is surprising to me how much difference the terrain makes in initial top rpm with this kit. Where are you in MI?

I'm from Lansing area but have place at Houghton Lake.

Its good to see I'm not the only one that cant keep it pulled down. I think adding a torsional conversion would make the RPM more consistent as it was a huge change on the sleds.

Very interested in this setup....Planning for the same thing. Really wanted to get the Q6 right away, but it's a decent amount cheaper to get the package deal instead of piecing it together. Since it seems to be the only non-ear bleeding option right now, hope they aren't in limited production.

i have the full kit and my clutching is not the best been fighting low rpm will not pull weights sent in kit 8800 back shifting is terrible, will get to 9200 at 70 and up but that the only time it will. to the point I'm going to take to them and see what they can do. spent a lot of money to NOT have it running spot on.

I live in Lansing because of work but have a place in the Alba/Mancy area which I feel is home. Home is where the heart is isn't it?

Do you have the PCV setup or the ECU reflash.
