2012 wildcat. My battery is fully charged all my fuses are good. I turn the key and nothing. No dash lights. I have voltage to the fuse box and to the key switch and to the cluster. I unplug the ecm it's super clean. I'm super stumped.

Are you getting power coming out of the switch and going to cluster and fuse box?

sounds like the 30A fuse in the fuse box.

Yes I'm getting power out of the switch and I have power at the cluster. And power to the fuse box. I ordered new relays waiting on them.

Yes have power there and the fuse is good. Checked with meter.
