Problem with motor bogging down at between 40 and 50mph when I step on accelerator. Have installed new fuel pump and have an SBC particle separator on it. I have 4300 miles on it as well. Looking for help on power loss. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.\hi This is a 2018 Textron Wildcat Xx

Check clutching if it is at a certain speed. Check the motor if it is a certain RPM or overall loss of power. Valve adjustment and maybe a valve job at that mileage?

I would start with clutches, start with secondary.. those kind of miles on that engine is nothing, just getting broke in..
