The inside of my drivers side dook is broken inside where it's bolted together both plastic pieces where the bolts go in are broken. can it be fixed with jb weld for plastic , also can the door be removed without taking off the hinges ?

If your frame is tweaked the JB weld probably won't work, at least it didn't for me. Also, no, you have to remove at least one hinge for the door to come off. Careful, there's a little brass washer you don't want to lose.

If you have a plastic supplier / shop near you, they might be able to weld it for you. If you try the JB weld and it doesn't work, you'll have to grind all the JB weld away before you can can weld it. I regret trying the JB weld in my case.
