Hello everyone! Well this happened to my cat and it didn't even happen that bad. Posting a mini report because I feel like I'm part of this community!
Automotive tire Light Motor vehicle Automotive design Tread

Fortunately, I have a good friend who welds with argon. Made everything beautiful. Copper bushing and machined new pins of larger diameter and longer length. Now they sit tight and plus made a reinforcing strut. I also bought and changed one way bearing. (bought on Aliexpress or Alibaba, I don’t know have this online platform in your country).
My mechanic said the old one way bearing was bad.

So, next I wanted to ask you for advice about tires. I want to install 28 or 30 tires on stock rims, whithout clutch modifications, because we don't have such a thing. The original 27" Bighorn wore out a lot, I ride 15% asphalt 15% dirt and 70% dry land. I choose between the BFG KM3 28" or Arisun aftershock xd 28" or Maxxis Liberty 30x10x14.
BFG T/A KM3 28x10R14 weight - 36.95 lbs
maxxis liberty 30x10x14 weight - 34.95 lbs
Arisun Raceline After Shock XD AR33 28x10R14 weight - 34.1 lbs

I really want to install BFG KM3 but they are heavier then all and I don't know how this will affect the performance and reliability of the cat. What can you say?

hi- good repair ! ;-)

sooo- the oem 27 duro powergrip is 25 pounds ca.- with this tires you will have NO problem-

10 lbs more is bout 5kg- thats a lot for a tire-

you risk next repair - broken wheel studs !!! search for it in the forum !! OR you mount bigger wheelstuds- 12mm- in the back !!!

Okay, thanks for the advice. Then first I will install the studs and nuts. Need only the rear axle?

Are there any other numbers of wheel studs?)

First of all, I want to install new tires, roll cage and harnesses on stock seats.
So, I think BFG KM3 would be a great choice.

The BFGs will work great for you with the style of riding you do.. to re clutch going to 30s will help, but youll be fine if not.. I had 3 1000s with 30" tires and only re clutched 2 of em.. the non clutched rig lost about 400 rpms at the top end..

10 years ago my 1000’ Wildcat had issues with the factory studs breaking and being too short, I chose to upgrade to a 1/2” wheel studs on all 4 wheels because they are much stronger, longer and very common and easy to find, I also installed the splined lug nuts my choices worked extremely well and was never left broke down with wheel stud failure ever again.
