Stumbled on this cage being built for a King Of Hammers Wildcat entry. I wanted to build something similar and this convinces me that it can be done. Anyone wanting to race a WC might want to go with a similar design.

I agree, unless your down in a mud hole pulling upwards. If your pulling straight ahead it is going to be plowing in deeper as you go. Neat, clean job on the install though. Maybe a lower front mounted pulley to use as a guide would work.

I'd like to know where they attached the "Oh shit" handle to.....wish Cat would have listened to the suggestions and installed one stock.

As far as the cage in the pic's, I kinda like it. Nerf bars on the side would help in entry. The design of the Wildcat tube chassis offers a lot of possibilities. It's tough waiting! :31:
