Earlier this year I bought a 3 axis vertical machining center (Robodrill) to play with on the weekends. I am always designing and making things for myself I thought this might help speed my personal projects up. And it has. Now my attention has been turned to my Wildcat 1000. I was thinking about making a new gas cap for it. Something maybe with a slightly raised cat on the top. Does anyone know what the thread pitch is or have any 3d-models or drawings of the wildcat?
Any other suggestions on what to make out of Billet Aluminum for the Wildcat? Maybe a keyfob? Or fairlead with Arctic Cat carved into it.

Wow they can be expensive. I'll have to think about that. Any other things I might need to make for myself myself. When it comes to billet it seems its mostly some kinda clamp to hold something. Not really into clamps. I need to go sit in the shop and stare at the cat for a while I think.
