G-Day Folks..
Im Haydn live in Perth Australia
found this UTV for sale on marketplace, is a CAMS registered racer, has all the fruit and goes like the clappers, decided to continue with its past history in racing and started our own team, now just to clear a few things up. 1stly im and oldish 54 year old, never raced a dirt car before, know nothing about this venture , and giving it a go, Our team is called CASH racing the initials stand for each of our family names, Clare my partner Ava our 8 year old daughter Sean our 5 year old and Haydn myself, Ironically just spent all the cash to get to this point, didnt have a buggy hauler either so found a lawnmower business and they sold their unwanted trailer and ive been converting it to the dream we all have.Had a few races in it..all rubbish on my part,I need to be fitter and toughen up princess, its great to blat around having fun , but racing puts another spin on everything in terms of preparation, reliability etc, my car has battery and charge issues to be sorted, sway bar geometry was designed buy one or more of the Muppets, as we speak im redoing that so it never flips over again..it flipped over and drop links where now under the A arms and binds everything stiff...but the rest of the car is amazing for such an older model to be still up there with all the new stuff, its built tough really tough and I LIKE THE DESIGN!
ENJOY!
Cheers Haydn 71396620_132470051479608_4384443847166394368_o.jpg 71242700_112885990104681_3987013356283232256_o.jpg 71788375_132469754812971_8504618043077296128_o.jpg 71277752_132471124812834_7136099316334067712_o.jpg 53201055_2392508130761794_663155792454615040_n.jpg

Only thing the car lacked was a good, semi reliable motor that made good power!

Oh and a real rear diff but you have that too!!!

Keep working the racing gig, it is a blast to be competitive, let alone place.

Badass trailer btw!

C-ya!

Nice post, cant believe your running Bighorn tires with that power! Yeah I love my Wildcat, small nimble compared to the new SXS out there. Like MCR said, they just needed a more reliable engine. I've been lucky with my motor, not so much with other stuff lol.

1, most of them ride the same tire/wheelsize front/rear -

you have the oem bigger /wider tire/rim in rear-

IF you change to this race setup you will need wheelspacers-

most of the race tires are 8ply or more- yours 6ply-

most ride 30x10- 14 or bigger- so theyre heavier- think you must reclutch also-

advantage of your oem setup- its lighter and you already have it....

the shown tonka car has the ITP ultracross mounted - a very common tire in racing...

Thanx for usefull info,
about to grab another deal off Marketplace, the guy who sold me my Pace had another car hidden away under tarp..he offered me a container load of spares and the 'DAKAR WILDCAT" and looks like the minister of war and finance has approved the deal so will look at the car on wed and decide, but seeing there are pretty much ZERO anything available in parts for the wildcat here in Perth its a no brainer and the opportunity has presented itself and must not be sniffed at..check these photos out guys...the car and everything is available for this price $17000 73157118_917307605308879_8797607788453822464_n.jpg 73288862_404195720276359_3296573595102216192_n.jpg 72691095_427231987990487_3148665650256281600_n.jpg 74358017_1759344567533164_5956545608582955008_n.jpg 75311434_2469238293354802_5864238411975491584_n.jpg

I don't think I would have shared those pics until after I had completed the purchase!

That's a lot of gear for $17k USD. If it is $17k Australian that is a stunning deal (exchange rate is 1:1.46 at the moment).
