I just took my console apart and this is what i found. I just replaced the battery and ordered a new starter solenoid off Amazon but the one i ordered off Amazon has a plug instead of 2 wire posts like the current one. The wrong thing? If not any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Every time I turn the key it just clicks once here are the pictures of what I have and what I ordered.

1 you can go to the parts store and see if they have a plug to fit the new solenoid and then splice your wires into it.
2 put protected ends of the appropriate type on your wires and plug them in Individualy.

Old style Ford relay off of a pickup that mounted on the right inner fender would work probably. just throwing some ideas out there.
