Well, check your fuel pressure (45lbs), ohm out the crankshaft position sensor. I assume you have cycled the key several times to clear the code? Thats all I got.

I did everything you did including changing the fuel pump, ended up being a defective ECU.

I've been running mine for 2 rides after I put new plugs in and it's been better, no bog. I have been pushing it harder and not just cruising easy too. I see on another post that the spark arrestor could be plugged and causing a bog or throwing the po363 code too.
