I have put knew fuel pump and pressure regulator in adjust valves knew plugs and i have no codes and this thing still runs bad any idea's 16 x ltd
Bad as how? Hesitation, back firing, no power, etc.? Have you cleaned / checked the injectors? Stupid question, but how's your air filter? Machine can't breathe, won't run well. Check all your vent lines, make sure there are no kinks.

Taking a long time to start is usually valves? Could the valve springs be worn? Just a guess. You said you adjusted them.

Could be clutch related too. How is it? I believe you're not the original owner, so check all moving parts. They break. Make sure your clutch and secondary is blown out with compressed air. Clutch dust is very abrasive, and will wear down the moving parts - arms, buckets, etc.

Have you checked your throttle body (TB)? Mine was running really rough and couldn't figure out what the problem was. After removing the air box, I noticed the TB was dirty as hell. I removed it and cleaned it very thoroughly. It got better but after checking the TPS voltage and readjusting it, it got much much better..
