Stuffed my 19 wildcat XX hard in the dunes. I now have the steering goes hard over when you turn on the key issue. Did all the loosen the rack stuff no binding all strait. Anyone no of these PSC units being taking apert and getting fixed? Has to be a better plan than replacing. Thanks

Great analasis! Yeah were sure of that lol, Actully keep an eye on factory tie rod ends for those who are running them. They will open up and thats when the carnage begins! That's what happend to mine. I wanna know if anyone is fixing these PSC units?

now after re reading your post, I took it that you were talking about the actual steering box/rack. I havent heard of anyone rebuilding the power unit.. seams like theyre made to use and replace as needed

If you're saying that the power steering turns itself to the right as soon as it gets power...then its the torque sensor. That motor is likely shot.

We don't make a plug and play kit for it, but if you're a handy fab guy....we make a universal 400 watt kit that can be fabbed up to work.

No luck on my repair. I had to buy the bullet 2021 not cheap.
