Broke the front upper a-arm tabs over the weekend. Any suggestions on a good fix?

That sucks man. Several occurrences of this. Mostly with 2014 Trails without gusseted mounts. The design changed on this on later models and Sports. MLS is working on a gusset kit. Some have welded up the mount with plate steel and added various support. SATV has a Frame stiffener kit that is part of the GDP Portal lift. They sell it separate if you ask. it ties the mounts on both sides together. Pg 22 of the install manual on their site. It's 3/16 material.

Do you have a photo of the new design in 2015? Mine is a 2014 and my buddy has a 2015 Sport. We compared front frame mounts last weekend and we didn't see any difference. Maybe some of the later 2014s had the new design as well?

I was checking this because I was considering buying the SuperATV long travel kit that you have. :) Ordered it tonight... can't wait!

Some steel and a weld job will fix that right up and be even stronger, thats better than engine or transaxle problems. If its something to fix easy its a plus and I look on the bright side.

I noticed your not running your boots on your steering rack(very nice tie rods you have) . Any issues of mud and water getting in it.

i would advise running the boots still, just slit them or heat them to get it over the tierod and works as stock.

Same thing happened to my a arm mount. We were going 1 mph down a steep trail, and it just let go. Ruined the entire weekend. I had my local shop weld up a stronger bracket on both sides. Shop said the stock weld was horrible (wasn't a complete weld on the back side of the mount). Defective from the factory, miracle it lasted as long as it did. 160 miles since the fix and it has been fine.

I could give you a really smart ass answer, but you're still kind of new. Read your question again, and you'll have your answer.
