Hoping to have some machine time freed up on the mills next week so I can crank some out. Ill update here when the first op is done. I still need to sit down and write instructions but that won't take long as I made notes along the way.

Awesome! I'll order as soon as you've got it ready. Going to do the starter upgrade kit and want to install while I'm at it. I want to double check there's no current damage but if not I'll need the preventative one.

Little update. Got this one finished and headed home. Program is written and ready to crank out some plates.

Looks like we are SOL unless someone else with a machine shop is willing to make them. I wish I had a CNC; I'd turn out all sorts of stuff like this.

If he doesn't come back, I'm going to try and make one. However, my mill is a manual unit, not CNC, so I don't know about making duplicates

if you have face book [ wildcat riders] there is a guy selling plates for engine and for the cover side for $100 bucks his name is Jimmy Broughton look him up the plates look like there for unbroken boss

I am going to assume I should make 95% of the run for broken bosses and the other 5% for unbroken ones. Seems most guys don't know its an issue until its too late. That said I did have a guy message me over the weekend that he has a 2014 with 31 miles on it!
